[cat] Fa dies que tinc fet aquest coixí... un núvol de lli amb gotes de feltre. Tant pot servir per decorar el llit, el sofà o fins i tot, el nostre racó preferit.

Un regal perfecte per un recient nascut!

[eng] Here is my second sweet elephant, with big yellow ears!

[cat] He fet un segon elefant, aquest cop amb unes grans orelles grogues.

new logo for melimelum

[eng] Something new is cooking on my head! Melimelum has a new logo (do you like it?), new colors and a new recipe to make my handmade stuff.
It's no long ago I have begin working with my sewing machine... what a great thing, I love it as much as crochet and felt. So I have some ideas that I would like to work, without forgetting my passion for illustration.
There is to much work to do, but I have promised myself to work hardly to make these litle dreams come true.

[cat] Hi ha alguna cosa que s'està coent al meu cap! Melimelum té un nou logo (us agrada?), una nova imatge, uns nous colors i una nova recepta per elaborar coses fetes a mà.
No fa gaire que vaig començar a treballar amb la màquina de cosir... quin gran descobriment! M'agrada tant com fer ganxet i treballar el feltre. Tinc algunes idees que m'agradaria posar en pràctica, i a més, sense oblidar també la meva passió per la il·lustració.
Hi ha molta feina a fer, però m'he promès treballar-hi de valent per fer realitat aquests petits somnis.

the striped pants elephant

[eng] This is a present for a newborn child. I feel so happy when my little drawings become soft toys... I think that the most important thing is do it with lot of love!

The bag is not only useful to save the elephant inside but to use it as a toys, diapers or snack bag.

[cat] Aquest és un regal pel tercer fill de la meva cosina que acaba de néixer. M'agrada donar vida als meus petits dibuixos i convertir-los en petites joguines per als nens. La bossa, a conjunt, pot ser útil no només per guardar-hi l'elefant, sinó també per posar-hi altres joguines, els bolquers o, fins i tot, el berenar.

pretty ritty

[eng] Two years ago I illustrated my version of the fairytale "Pretty Ritty", during an illustration course I studied at Escola Massana in Barcelona. It was really funny to illustrate the two main caracters of the tale.
Some days ago, one of my little challanges, was turn my drawed pretty ritty into a soft toy, and here it is! I know she hasn't the red ribbon... maybe in the next one!

[cat] Fa uns dos anys vaig seguir un curs d'ilustració a l'Escola Massana de Barcelona. Un dels exercicis era fer la nostra versió d'un conte, i vaig escollir "La rateta que escombrava l'escaleta".

Fa temps que volia convertir li volia donar forma tridimensional al meu dibuix, i aquí ho teniu!! Ja sé que li falta la cua amb el seu llaçet vermell... però això serà per la segona versió!

[eng] This my first handmade mobile case! I am thinking to launch a new collection very soon.

[cat] Aquesta és la meva primera funda de mòbil! Actualment ballen moltes coses pel meu cap, potser aviat en faré una col·lecció.

[eng] I have made this two cushions using the same fabric combination used in the reversible bag!

[cat] He fet els meus primers coixins! He utilitzat la mateixa combinació de roba que per la bossa reversible.

a fairytale bag

[eng] I made this bag to put my daughter's toys. I have used an Ikea fabric.

[cat] He fet aquesta bossa per posar les joguines de la meva filla quan ens movem d'aquí per allà. L'he fet amb una de les teles que vaig comprar a Ikea.

chicken pincushion

[eng] This is my first hand sewing pincushion. I have a lot of ideas, I just hope to have enough time to do them.

[cat] Aquest és el meu primer aguller cosit a mà. Em comença a agradar bastant... Tinc un munt d'idees al cap, només espero tenir el temps per fer-les.

[cat] Aquest matí he descobert un nou blog d'una altra botiga de coses boniques aquí a Barcelona: Mà a mà. Tenen un post amb aquest video i el vull compartir amb vosaltres. Molt inspirador i engrescador per seguir creant!

a reversible bag

[eng] Some months ago I am exploring the unknowed world (for me) of the sewing machine. This is one the first projects I have done, a double-side bag!! It wil be ideal for summer!

[cat] Fa uns mesos que m'he apuntat a un curs de costura! El món de la màquina de cosir, és el meu gran desconegut i feia molt de temps que volia començar a fer coses. Un dels primers treballs és aquesta bossa reversible. Em sembla que serà ideal de cara a l'estiu! Ja tinc ganes que arribi el bon temps!

...when it is cold

[eng] One year later, I am going to post again. My great purpose for 2011! But the most important event of this last year is the birth of my lovely daughter Berta. She is 8 month. So, this crochet blanket for her, when it is cold.

[cat] Una any després torno a ser activa al blog, un nou propòsit per al 2011! El més important que m'ha passat aquest any, és el naixement de la meva nena Berta, que ara té gairebé vuit mesets! Per ella aquesta manteta de ganxet, per quan fa fred.

[eng] It's for a very very long time I din't posted in my blog... but, I am coming back!

Some days ago I did these cute presents for two news babys!! They were made from Ana Paula's patterns that you can find in her recommended second book Amigurumi world two.

[cat] Fa molt, molt de temps que no escric cap post al blog... El dies passen volant, i a vegades tinc la sensació que no tinc temps per a res!

Bé, fa ja uns dies vaig fer aquests dos regalets per a dos nens acabats de néixer. Estan fets segons els patrons de l'Ana Paula que podeu trobar al seu segon llibre Amigurumi world two.
